I do this work because I know what it feels like to transition out of the military and wonder where you fit next. Even with leadership experience, education, and years of service, I had to learn how to translate my military background, rebuild my confidence, and see my value beyond the military.
That is why I am passionate about helping women veterans navigate their career transition with compassion, clarity, and strategy. I want every woman veteran to know she is not starting over. She is building from everything she has already endured, led, learned, and accomplished.
